고등교육법 제43조(종합교원양성대학)

① 국가와 지방자치단체는 특별한 필요가 있는 경우에 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 교육대학과 사범대학의 목적을 동시에 수행할 수 있는 대학(이하 "종합교원양성대학"이라 한다)을 설립할 수 있다.

② 종합교원양성대학에 관하여는 법령에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우 외에는 이 법 중 교육대학에 관한 규정을 준용한다.
