고등교육법 제58조(학위의 수여)

① 기술대학의 전문학사학위과정에 입학하여 학칙으로 정하는 과정을 마친 사람에게는 전문학사학위를 수여한다.

② 기술대학의 학사학위과정에 입학하여 학칙으로 정하는 과정을 마친 사람에게는 학사학위를 수여한다.

(2) A어 bachelor's배철러즈 degree디그^r리 shall섈 be비 conferred컨^f퍼드 on안 a어 person퍼슨 who후 has해즈 entered엔터드 a어 bachelor's배철러즈 degree디그^r리 program프^r로우그^r램 at앳 a어 technical텍니클 college칼리지 and앤드 completed컴플리티드 the^ð더 program프^r로우그^r램 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 the^ð더 school스쿨 regulations.^r레귤레이션즈

③ 제1항과 제2항에 따른 학위의 종류와 수여에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
