고용보험법 제27조(사업주에 대한 직업능력개발 훈련의 지원)
Employment Insurance Act, Article 27 (Support for Vocational Skills Development Training by Business Owners)
① 고용노동부장관은 피보험자등의 직업능력을 개발ㆍ향상시키기 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 직업능력개발 훈련을 실시하는 사업주에게 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 훈련에 필요한 비용을 지원할 수 있다. <개정 2010.6.4, 2016.12.27>
(1) To develop and improve the vocational skills of insured persons, etc., the Minister of Employment and Labor may subsidize, as prescribed by Presidential Decree, the costs required for training to a business owner who provides vocational skills development training prescribed by Presidential Decree.
② 고용노동부장관은 사업주가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람에게 제1항에 따라 직업능력개발 훈련을 실시하는 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 우대 지원할 수 있다. <신설 2016.12.27, 2019.4.30, 2021.1.5>
(2) Where a business owner provides vocational skills development training under paragraph (1) to any of the following persons, the Minister of Employment and Labor may give preferential support as prescribed by Presidential Decree:
1. 「기간제 및 단시간근로자 보호 등에 관한 법률」 제2조제1호의 기간제근로자
1. A fixed-term worker under Article 2, subparagraph 1 of the Act on the Protection, etc. of Fixed-Term and Part-Time Employees;
2. A part-time worker under Article 2 (1), subparagraph 9 of the Labor Standards Act;
3. 「파견근로자 보호 등에 관한 법률」 제2조제5호의 파견근로자
3. A dispatched worker under Article 2, subparagraph 5 of the Act on the Protection, etc. of Dispatched Workers;
4. 일용근로자
4. A daily worker;
5. 「고용상 연령차별금지 및 고령자고용촉진에 관한 법률」 제2조제1호 또는 제2호의 고령자 또는 준고령자
5. An older person or a semi-older person under Article 2, subparagraph 1 or 2 of the Act on Prohibition of Age Discrimination in Employment and Elderly Employment Promotion;
6. 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 사람
6. Other persons prescribed by Presidential Decree.
