관광진흥법 제49조(관광개발기본계획 등)

Tourism Promotion Act, Article 49 (Basic Tourism Development Plans)

①문화체육관광부장관은 관광자원을 효율적으로 개발하고 관리하기 위하여 전국을 대상으로 다음과 같은 사항을 포함하는 관광개발기본계획(이하 "기본계획"이라 한다)을 수립하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29>

②시ㆍ도지사(특별자치도지사는 제외한다)는 기본계획에 따라 구분된 권역을 대상으로 다음 각 호의 사항을 포함하는 권역별 관광개발계획(이하 "권역계획"이라 한다)을 수립하여야 한다. <개정 2008.6.5, 2009.3.25>
