관세법 제128조의2(불고불리ㆍ불이익변경 금지)

① 관세청장은 제128조에 따른 결정을 할 때 심사청구를 한 처분 외의 처분에 대해서는 그 처분의 전부 또는 일부를 취소 또는 변경하거나 새로운 처분의 결정을 하지 못한다.
