관세법 제151조(물품의 하역 등)

① 통관역이나 통관장에서 외국물품을 차량에 하역하려는 자는 세관장에게 신고를 하고, 현장에서 세관공무원의 확인을 받아야 한다. 다만, 세관공무원이 확인할 필요가 없다고 인정할 때에는 그러하지 아니하다.

② 차량용품과 국경출입차량 안에서 판매할 물품을 해당 차량에 하역하거나 환적하는 경우에는 제143조를 준용한다.
