관세법 제257조(우편물의 검사)

통관우체국의 장이 제256조제1항의 우편물을 접수하였을 때에는 세관장에게 우편물목록을 제출하고 해당 우편물에 대한 검사를 받아야 한다. 다만, 관세청장이 정하는 우편물은 검사를 생략할 수 있다.
