관세법 제70조(조정관세의 적용 세율 등)

① 제69조에 따른 관세(이하 "조정관세"라 한다)는 해당 국내산업의 보호 필요성, 국제통상관계, 국제평화ㆍ국가안보ㆍ사회질서ㆍ국민경제 전반에 미치는 영향 등을 검토하여 부과 여부와 그 내용을 정한다. <개정 2018.12.31>

② 조정관세를 부과하여야 하는 대상 물품, 세율 및 적용시한 등은 대통령령으로 정한다.
