국민건강보험법 제113조(징수위탁보험료등의 배분 및 납입 등)

① 공단은 자신이 징수한 보험료와 그에 따른 징수금 또는 징수위탁보험료등의 금액이 징수하여야 할 총액에 부족한 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 기준, 방법에 따라 이를 배분하여 납부 처리하여야 한다. 다만, 납부의무자가 다른 의사를 표시한 때에는 그에 따른다.

② 공단은 징수위탁보험료등을 징수한 때에는 이를 지체 없이 해당 보험별 기금에 납입하여야 한다.
