국민건강보험법 제46조(약제ㆍ치료재료에 대한 요양급여비용의 산정)

제41조제1항제2호의 약제ㆍ치료재료(이하 "약제ㆍ치료재료"라 한다)에 대한 요양급여비용은 제45조에도 불구하고 요양기관의 약제ㆍ치료재료 구입금액 등을 고려하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 달리 산정할 수 있다.
