국민건강보험법 시행령 제60조(심판청구 결정의 통지)

분쟁조정위원회의 위원장은 심판청구에 대하여 결정을 하였을 때에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 적은 결정서에 서명 또는 기명날인하여 지체 없이 청구인에게는 결정서의 정본을 보내고, 처분을 한 자 및 이해관계인에게는 그 사본을 보내야 한다.
