국민기초생활 보장법 시행령 제30조(위원의 임기와 직무)

① 중앙생활보장위원회 및 지방생활보장위원회(이하 "각 위원회"라 한다) 위원 중 위촉위원의 임기는 2년으로 한다. <개정 2015.4.20>

② 각 위원회의 위원장은 해당 위원회를 대표하고, 그 위원회의 사무를 총괄한다.

(2) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 each이치 committee커미티 shall섈 represent^r레프^r리젠트 the^ð더 committee커미티 and앤드 take테이크 overall오우^v버^r롤 charge차지 of어^v브 its잇츠 affairs.어^f페어즈

③ 각 위원회의 부위원장은 위원장을 보좌하며, 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없는 경우에는 그 직무를 대행한다.
