국민연금법 시행령 제52조(반납금의 납부 기한 등)

① 법 제78조제1항에 따라 반환일시금을 지급받은 자가 공단에 반납하여야 할 반환일시금 및 이자(이하 "반납금"이라 한다)는 일시 반납의 경우에는 반납금의 납부신청을 한 날이 속하는 달의 다음 달 말일까지 내고, 분할 반납의 경우에는 반납금의 납부 신청을 한 날이 속하는 달의 다음 달부터 매월 말일까지 내야 한다.

② 공단은 법 제78조제2항에 따라 반납금을 분할하여 납부하게 하는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 횟수의 범위에서 납부할 자의 신청에 따라 반납금을 가입기간에 산입되는 개월 단위로 나누어 월별로 내게 하여야 한다. <개정 2011.12.8>

③ 법 제78조제1항 및 제2항에 따라 반환일시금에 가산할 이자의 계산은 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 방법으로 한다. 이 경우 이자계산 기간이 1년을 초과하면 연 단위로 이자를 계산하여 이를 원금에 산입한 후 다시 그 이후의 이자를 계산한다. <개정 2011.12.8>

④ 반납금의 납부신청에 필요한 사항은 보건복지부령으로 정한다. <개정 2011.12.8>
