국민투표법 제107조(다수인의 투표방해죄)

① 다수인이 집합하여 제104조부터 제106조까지에 규정된 행위를 한 때에는 다음 각 호의 구분에 따라 처벌한다.

② 제104조부터 제106조까지에 규정된 행위를 할 목적으로 집합한 다수인이 관계 공무원으로부터 3회 이상의 해산명령을 받았음에도 불구하고 해산하지 아니한 때에는 그 주도적 행위를 한 사람은 5년 이하의 징역에 처하고, 그 밖의 사람은 1년 이하의 징역 또는 200만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다.
