National Land Planning and Utilization Act, Article 113-3 (Exclusion and Recusal of Members)

① 중앙도시계획위원회의 위원 및 지방도시계획위원회의 위원은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에 심의ㆍ자문에서 제척(除斥)된다.
