National Land Planning and Utilization Act, Article 26 (Proposals for Drafting Urban or Gun Management Plans)

① 주민(이해관계자를 포함한다. 이하 같다)은 다음 각 호의 사항에 대하여 제24조에 따라 도시ㆍ군관리계획을 입안할 수 있는 자에게 도시ㆍ군관리계획의 입안을 제안할 수 있다. 이 경우 제안서에는 도시ㆍ군관리계획도서와 계획설명서를 첨부하여야 한다. <개정 2011.4.14, 2015.8.11, 2017.4.18, 2021.1.12, 2024.2.6>

② 제1항에 따라 도시ㆍ군관리계획의 입안을 제안받은 자는 그 처리 결과를 제안자에게 알려야 한다. <개정 2011.4.14>

③ 제1항에 따라 도시ㆍ군관리계획의 입안을 제안받은 자는 제안자와 협의하여 제안된 도시ㆍ군관리계획의 입안 및 결정에 필요한 비용의 전부 또는 일부를 제안자에게 부담시킬 수 있다. <개정 2011.4.14>
