국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률 제99조(공공시설 등의 귀속)

도시ㆍ군계획시설사업에 의하여 새로 공공시설을 설치하거나 기존의 공공시설에 대체되는 공공시설을 설치한 경우에는 제65조를 준용한다. 이 경우 제65조제5항 중 "준공검사를 마친 때"는 "준공검사를 마친 때(시행자가 국토교통부장관, 시ㆍ도지사 또는 대도시 시장인 경우에는 제98조제4항에 따른 공사완료 공고를 한 때를 말한다)"로 보고, 같은 조 제7항 중 "제62조제1항에 따른 준공검사를 받았음을 증명하는 서면"은 "제98조제3항에 따른 준공검사증명서(시행자가 국토교통부장관, 시ㆍ도지사 또는 대도시 시장인 경우에는 같은 조 제4항에 따른 공사완료 공고를 하였음을 증명하는 서면을 말한다)"로 본다. <개정 2011.4.14, 2013.3.23>
