국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률 제62조(준공검사)

① 제56조제1항제1호부터 제3호까지의 행위에 대한 개발행위허가를 받은 자는 그 개발행위를 마치면 국토교통부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장 또는 군수의 준공검사를 받아야 한다. 다만, 같은 항 제1호의 행위에 대하여 「건축법」 제22조에 따른 건축물의 사용승인을 받은 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2011.4.14, 2013.3.23>

② 제1항에 따른 준공검사를 받은 경우에는 특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장 또는 군수가 제61조에 따라 의제되는 인ㆍ허가등에 따른 준공검사ㆍ준공인가 등에 관하여 제4항에 따라 관계 행정기관의 장과 협의한 사항에 대하여는 그 준공검사ㆍ준공인가 등을 받은 것으로 본다. <개정 2011.4.14>

③ 제2항에 따른 준공검사ㆍ준공인가 등의 의제를 받으려는 자는 제1항에 따른 준공검사를 신청할 때에 해당 법률에서 정하는 관련 서류를 함께 제출하여야 한다.

④ 특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장 또는 군수는 제1항에 따른 준공검사를 할 때에 그 내용에 제61조에 따라 의제되는 인ㆍ허가등에 따른 준공검사ㆍ준공인가 등에 해당하는 사항이 있으면 미리 관계 행정기관의 장과 협의하여야 한다. <개정 2011.4.14>

⑤ 국토교통부장관은 제2항에 따라 의제되는 준공검사ㆍ준공인가 등의 처리기준을 관계 중앙행정기관으로부터 제출받아 통합하여 고시하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
