국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률 시행령 제18조(도시ㆍ군관리계획도서 및 계획설명서의 작성기준 등)

①법 제25조제2항의 규정에 의한 도시ㆍ군관리계획도서 중 계획도는 축척 1천분의 1 또는 축척 5천분의 1(축척 1천분의 1 또는 축척 5천분의 1의 지형도가 간행되어 있지 아니한 경우에는 축척 2만5천분의 1)의 지형도(수치지형도를 포함한다. 이하 같다)에 도시ㆍ군관리계획사항을 명시한 도면으로 작성하여야 한다. 다만, 지형도가 간행되어 있지 아니한 경우에는 해도ㆍ해저지형도 등의 도면으로 지형도에 갈음할 수 있다. <개정 2012.4.10>

②제1항의 규정에 의한 계획도가 2매 이상인 경우에는 법 제25조제2항의 규정에 의한 계획설명서에 도시ㆍ군관리계획총괄도(축척 5만분의 1 이상의 지형도에 주요 도시ㆍ군관리계획사항을 명시한 도면을 말한다)를 포함시킬 수 있다. <개정 2012.4.10>
