Enforcement Decree of the National Land Planning and Utilization Act, Article 76 (Building Restrictions in Protection Districts)

보호지구 안에서는 다음 각호의 구분에 따른 건축물에 한하여 건축할 수 있다. 다만, 특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장 또는 군수가 지구의 지정목적에 위배되지 아니하는 범위안에서 도시ㆍ군계획조례가 정하는 기준에 적합하다고 인정하여 관계 행정기관의 장과의 협의 및 당해 지방자치단체에 설치된 도시계획위원회의 심의를 거친 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2005.9.8, 2012.4.10, 2017.12.29, 2024.5.7>
