국회법 제79조의2(의안에 대한 비용추계 자료 등의 제출)

① 의원이 예산상 또는 기금상의 조치를 수반하는 의안을 발의하는 경우에는 그 의안의 시행에 수반될 것으로 예상되는 비용에 관한 국회예산정책처의 추계서 또는 국회예산정책처에 대한 추계요구서를 함께 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2021.7.27>

② 제1항에 따라 의원이 국회예산정책처에 대한 비용추계요구서를 제출한 경우 국회예산정책처는 특별한 사정이 없으면 제58조제1항에 따른 위원회의 심사 전에 해당 의안에 대한 비용추계서를 의장과 비용추계를 요구한 의원에게 제출하여야 한다. 이 경우 의원이 제1항에 따라 비용추계서를 제출한 것으로 본다. <신설 2021.7.27>

(2) When웬 a어 member멤버 has해즈 submitted서브미티드 a어 request^r리퀘스트 for^f포 a어 cost카스트 estimate에스터멋 to투 the^ð더 National내셔늘 Assembly어셈블리 Budget버짓 Office오^f피스 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1), the^ð더 National내셔늘 Assembly어셈블리 Budget버짓 Office오^f피스 shall,섈 unless언레스 there^ð데어 are아 special스페실 circumstances,서컴스탠시즈 submit서브밋 the^ð더 cost카스트 estimate에스터멋 for^f포 the^ð디 agenda어젠다 item아이텀 to투 the^ð더 Speaker스피커 and앤드 the^ð더 member멤버 who후 requested^r리퀘스티드 it잇 before비^f포 the^ð더 committee's커미티즈 examination이그재머네이션 under언더 Article아터클 58 (1). In인 this^ð디스 case,케이스 the^ð더 member멤버 shall섈 be비 deemed딤드 to투 have해^v브 submitted서브미티드 the^ð더 cost카스트 estimate에스터멋 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1).

③ 위원회가 예산상 또는 기금상의 조치를 수반하는 의안을 제안하는 경우에는 그 의안의 시행에 수반될 것으로 예상되는 비용에 관한 국회예산정책처의 추계서를 함께 제출하여야 한다. 다만, 긴급한 사유가 있는 경우 위원회의 의결로 추계서 제출을 생략할 수 있다. <개정 2021.7.27>

④ 정부가 예산상 또는 기금상의 조치를 수반하는 의안을 제출하는 경우에는 그 의안의 시행에 수반될 것으로 예상되는 비용에 관한 추계서와 이에 상응하는 재원조달방안에 관한 자료를 의안에 첨부하여야 한다. <개정 2021.7.27>

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지에 따른 비용추계 및 재원조달방안에 관한 자료의 작성 및 제출 절차 등에 필요한 사항은 국회규칙으로 정한다. <개정 2021.7.27>
