근로자참여 및 협력증진에 관한 법률 제13조(회의 소집)

① 의장은 협의회의 회의를 소집하며 그 의장이 된다.

② 의장은 노사 일방의 대표자가 회의의 목적을 문서로 밝혀 회의의 소집을 요구하면 그 요구에 따라야 한다.

(2) Where웨어 the^ð더 representative^r레프^r러젠터티^v브 of어^v브 either이^ð더 labor레이버 or오 management매너지먼트 requests^r리퀘스츠 a어 meeting,미팅 stating스테이팅 its잇츠 purpose퍼퍼스 in인 writing,^r라이팅 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 comply컴플라이 with위^ð드 the^ð더 request.^r리퀘스트

③ 의장은 회의 개최 7일 전에 회의 일시, 장소, 의제 등을 각 위원에게 통보하여야 한다.
