금융소비자 보호에 관한 법률 제33조(분쟁조정기구)

「금융위원회의 설치 등에 관한 법률」 제38조 각 호의 기관(이하 "조정대상기관"이라 한다), 금융소비자 및 그 밖의 이해관계인 사이에 발생하는 금융 관련 분쟁의 조정에 관한 사항을 심의ㆍ의결하기 위하여 금융감독원에 금융분쟁조정위원회를 둔다.
