금융소비자 보호에 관한 법률 제4조(금융회사등의 업종구분)

Financial Consumer Protection Act, Article 4 (Classification of Business Types of Financial Companies, etc.)

금융회사등은 다음 각 호에서 정하는 바에 따라 이 법에 따른 금융상품직접판매업자, 금융상품판매대리ㆍ중개업자 또는 금융상품자문업자로 구분한다. 다만, 다음 각 호의 금융회사등이 해당 호에서 정하지 아니하는 금융상품판매업등(금융상품판매업과 금융상품자문업을 말한다. 이하 같다)을 다른 법률에 따라 겸영하는 경우에는 겸영하는 업에 해당하는 금융상품판매업자등에도 해당하는 것으로 본다.
