노인장기요양보험법 시행령 제27조(재심사청구의 결정기간)

① 법 제56조제1항에 따라 재심사청구를 받은 재심사위원회는 재심사청구를 받은 날부터 60일 이내에 결정해야 한다. 다만, 부득이한 사정이 있으면 30일의 범위 안에서 결정기간을 연장할 수 있다. <개정 2019.6.11>

② 재심사위원회는 제1항 단서에 따라 결정기간을 연장하면 지체 없이 청구인에게 그 사유와 연장기간을 통보해야 한다. <개정 2019.6.11>
