도로교통법 시행령 제15조(소요비용의 징수 등)

① 경찰서장, 도지사 또는 시장등은 견인하여 보관한 차를 반환할 때에는 법 제35조제6항에 따라 그 차의 사용자 또는 운전자로부터 그 차의 견인ㆍ보관 또는 공고 등에 든 비용(이하 "소요비용"이라 한다)을 징수하고, 범칙금 납부통고서 또는 과태료 납부고지서를 발급한 후 행정안전부령으로 정하는 인수증을 받고 차를 반환하여야 한다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

② 경찰서장, 도지사 또는 시장등은 제1항에 따라 소요비용을 징수하려는 경우에는 납부금액, 납부기한 및 납부장소를 적은 문서로 그 차의 사용자 또는 운전자에게 고지하여야 한다.

③ 소요비용의 산정기준은 해당 지방자치단체의 조례로 정한다.
