도로교통법 시행령 제52조의2(운전면허증의 보관ㆍ파기 등)

① 시ㆍ도경찰청장, 경찰서장 및 한국도로교통공단은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우 그 운전면허증이 분실되거나 훼손되지 않도록 보관해야 한다.

② 시ㆍ도경찰청장, 경찰서장 및 한국도로교통공단은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우 보관 중인 운전면허증을 지체 없이 파기해야 한다.

(2) The^ð더 commissioner커미셔너 of어^v브 a어 Si/Do시 Police펄리스 Agency,에이전시 the^ð더 chief치^f프 of어^v브 a어 police펄리스 station,스테이션 and앤드 the^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Road^r로우드 Traffic트^r래^f픽 Authority어^θ쏘^r러티 shall섈 destroy디스트^r로이 a어 driver's드^r라이^v버즈 license라이슨스 card카드 being비잉 kept켑트 without위^ð다웃 delay딜레이 in인 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 cases:케이시즈

③ 시ㆍ도경찰청장, 경찰서장 및 한국도로교통공단은 제2항에 따라 운전면허증을 파기한 경우 행정안전부령으로 정하는 운전면허증 파기대장에 그 사실을 기록해야 한다.
