Road Act, Article 97 (Dispositions for the Public Interest)

① 도로관리청은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우 이 법에 따른 허가나 승인을 받은 자에게 제96조에 따른 처분을 하거나 조치를 명할 수 있다.

1. 도로 상황의 변경으로 인하여 필요한 경우

2. 도로공사나 그 밖의 도로에 관한 공사를 위하여 필요한 경우

② 제1항에 따른 도로관리청의 처분으로 생긴 손실의 보상에 관하여는 제99조를 준용한다.
