도시 및 주거환경정비법 제56조(관계 서류의 공람과 의견청취)

① 시장ㆍ군수등은 사업시행계획인가를 하거나 사업시행계획서를 작성하려는 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 방법 및 절차에 따라 관계 서류의 사본을 14일 이상 일반인이 공람할 수 있게 하여야 한다. 다만, 제50조제1항 단서에 따른 경미한 사항을 변경하려는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

② 토지등소유자 또는 조합원, 그 밖에 정비사업과 관련하여 이해관계를 가지는 자는 제1항의 공람기간 이내에 시장ㆍ군수등에게 서면으로 의견을 제출할 수 있다.

③ 시장ㆍ군수등은 제2항에 따라 제출된 의견을 심사하여 채택할 필요가 있다고 인정하는 때에는 이를 채택하고, 그러하지 아니한 경우에는 의견을 제출한 자에게 그 사유를 알려주어야 한다.
