식품의약품안전처 및 통합정보센터에 종사하는 사람이나 종사하였던 사람, 마약류통합관리시스템을 구축ㆍ운영하기 위한 용역ㆍ연구ㆍ조사를 수행하는 사람이나 수행하였던 사람, 제11조의4 또는 제11조의5에 따라 마약류 통합정보를 제공받은 사람은 업무상 알게 된 마약류 통합정보와 관련하여 다음 각 호의 행위를 하여서는 아니 된다.
