마약류 관리에 관한 법률 제4조의8(비밀준수의 의무)

① 제4조의2부터 제4조의7까지에 따른 신분비공개수사 또는 신분위장수사에 대한 승인ㆍ집행ㆍ보고 및 각종 서류작성 등에 관여한 공무원 또는 그 직에 있었던 사람은 직무상 알게 된 신분비공개수사 또는 신분위장수사에 관한 사항을 외부에 공개하거나 누설하여서는 아니 된다.
