민사소송법 제26조(소송목적의 값의 산정)

①법원조직법에서 소송목적의 값에 따라 관할을 정하는 경우 그 값은 소로 주장하는 이익을 기준으로 계산하여 정한다.

②제1항의 값을 계산할 수 없는 경우 그 값은 민사소송등인지법의 규정에 따른다.
