민사집행법 제236조(추심의 신고)

①채권자는 추심한 채권액을 법원에 신고하여야 한다.

②제1항의 신고전에 다른 압류ㆍ가압류 또는 배당요구가 있었을 때에는 채권자는 추심한 금액을 바로 공탁하고 그 사유를 신고하여야 한다.
