범죄피해자 보호법 제15조(범죄피해자보호위원회)

① 범죄피해자 보호ㆍ지원에 관한 기본계획 및 주요 사항 등을 심의하기 위하여 법무부장관 소속으로 범죄피해자보호위원회(이하 "보호위원회"라 한다)를 둔다.

(1) A어 Crime크^r라임 Victim^v빅텀 Protection프^r러텍션 Committee커미티 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "Protection프^r러텍션 Committee")커미티 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 under언더 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Justice저스티스 to투 deliberate딜리버^r럿 on안 the^ð더 master매스터 plan플랜 and앤드 major메이저 matters매터즈 concerning컨서닝 the^ð더 protection프^r러텍션 of어^v브 and앤드 support서포트 for^f포 crime크^r라임 victims.^v빅텀즈

② 보호위원회는 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의한다.

(2) The^ð더 Protection프^r러텍션 Committee커미티 shall섈 deliberate딜리버^r럿 on안 the^ð더 following:^f팔로잉

③ 보호위원회는 위원장을 포함하여 20명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

(3) The^ð더 Protection프^r러텍션 Committee커미티 shall섈 consist컨시스트 of어^v브 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 20 members,멤버즈 including인클루딩 the^ð더 chairperson.체어퍼슨

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지의 규정에서 정한 사항 외에 보호위원회의 구성 및 운영 등에 관한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
