변호사법 제27조(공익활동 등 지정업무 처리의무)

① 변호사는 연간 일정 시간 이상 공익활동에 종사하여야 한다.

③ 공익활동의 범위와 그 시행 방법 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대한변호사협회가 정한다.
