변호사법 제58조의19(설립 절차)

① 법무조합을 설립하려면 구성원이 될 변호사가 규약을 작성하여 주사무소 소재지의 지방변호사회와 대한변호사협회를 거쳐 법무부장관의 인가를 받아야 한다. 규약을 변경하려는 경우에도 또한 같다.

② 법무부장관은 제1항에 따라 법무조합의 설립을 인가한 경우에는 관보에 고시하여야 한다.

③ 법무조합은 제2항에 따른 고시가 있을 때에 성립한다.
