변호사법 제89조의3(윤리협의회의 조직ㆍ운영 및 예산)

① 윤리협의회의 사무를 처리하기 위하여 윤리협의회에 간사 3명과 사무기구를 둔다.

② 간사는 법원행정처장이 지명하는 판사 1명, 법무부장관이 지명하는 검사 1명, 대한변호사협회의 장이 지명하는 변호사 1명으로 한다.

③ 위원장은 효율적으로 업무를 처리하기 위하여 간사 중에서 주무간사를 임명할 수 있다.

④ 정부는 윤리협의회의 업무를 지원하기 위하여 예산의 범위에서 윤리협의회에 보조금을 지급할 수 있다.

(4) To투 support서포트 the^ð더 work워크 of어^v브 the^ð디 Ethics에^θ씩스 Council,카운슬 the^ð더 Government거^v버먼트 may메이 pay페이 subsidies서브서디즈 to투 the^ð디 Ethics에^θ씩스 Council카운슬 within위^ð딘 the^ð더 limits리멋츠 of어^v브 the^ð더 budget.버짓

⑤ 윤리협의회의 조직과 운영에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
