병역법 시행령 제107조(군사교육소집 실시)

1. 사회복무요원: 사회복무요원 소집과 동시에 실시하며, 부득이한 경우에는 사회복무요원 소집일부터 1년 이내. 다만, 사회복무요원으로 소집되기 전에 법 제55조에 따른 군사교육소집을 마친 사람과 현역병으로 입영하여 제137조제7항에 따라 보충역으로 편입된 사람은 다시 군사교육소집을 실시하지 않는다.
