보험업법 제121조의2(배당보험계약 이외의 보험계약에 대한 회계처리)

보험회사는 배당보험계약 이외의 보험계약에 대하여 자산의 효율적 관리와 계약자 보호를 위하여 필요한 경우에는 보험계약별로 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 금융위원회의 승인을 받아 자산 또는 손익을 구분하여 회계처리할 수 있다. <개정 2015.7.24>
