보험업법 제183조(보험계리업)

① 보험계리를 업으로 하려는 자는 금융위원회에 등록하여야 한다.

② 보험계리를 업으로 하려는 법인은 대통령령으로 정하는 수 이상의 보험계리사를 두어야 한다.

(2) A어 corporation코퍼^r레이션 that^ð댓 intends인텐즈 to투 engage엔게이지 in인 the^ð더 business비즈니스 of어^v브 actuarial액추에^r리얼 services서^v버시즈 shall섈 have해^v브 at앳 least리스트 the^ð더 number넘버 of어^v브 actuaries액추에^r리즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree.디크^r리

③ 제1항에 따른 등록을 하려는 자는 총리령으로 정하는 수수료를 내야 한다.

④ 그 밖에 보험계리업의 등록 및 영업기준 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
