보험업법 제24조(보험계약자 총회의 소집)

① 제22조제1항의 공고에 대하여 제141조제2항에서 규정하는 기간에 이의를 제출한 보험계약자의 수와 그 보험금이 제141조제3항에서 규정하는 비율을 초과하지 아니하는 경우에는 이사는 「상법」 제232조에 따른 절차가 끝나면 7일 이내에 보험계약자 총회를 소집하여야 한다.

② 제1항의 경우 보험계약자에 대한 통지에 관하여는 「상법」 제353조를 준용한다.
