보험업법 제32조(보험계약자 등의 우선취득권)

① 보험계약자나 보험금을 취득할 자는 피보험자를 위하여 적립한 금액을 다른 법률에 특별한 규정이 없으면 주식회사의 자산에서 우선하여 취득한다.

② 제108조에 따라 특별계정이 설정된 경우에는 제1항은 특별계정과 그 밖의 계정을 구분하여 적용한다.
