보험업법 제33조(예탁자산에 대한 우선변제권)

① 보험계약자나 보험금을 취득할 자는 피보험자를 위하여 적립한 금액을 주식회사가 이 법에 따른 금융위원회의 명령에 따라 예탁한 자산에서 다른 채권자보다 우선하여 변제를 받을 권리를 가진다.

② 제1항의 경우에는 제32조제2항을 준용한다.
