부동산 거래신고 등에 관한 법률 제13조(이의신청)

① 제11조에 따른 처분에 이의가 있는 자는 그 처분을 받은 날부터 1개월 이내에 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장에게 이의를 신청할 수 있다.
