부동산등기법 제83조(수탁자의 임무 종료에 의한 등기)

Registration of Real Estate Act, Article 83 (Registration upon Termination of a Trustee's Duties)

다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하여 수탁자의 임무가 종료된 경우 신수탁자는 단독으로 신탁재산에 속하는 부동산에 관한 권리이전등기를 신청할 수 있다. <개정 2014.3.18>
