Enforcement Decree of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act, Article 66 (Calculation of the Maximum and Minimum Amounts of Funeral Expenses)

① 법 제71조제2항에 따른 장례비의 최고금액 및 최저금액은 다음 각 호의 구분에 따라 산정한다. <개정 2021.6.8>

② 장례비 최고금액 및 최저금액을 산정할 때 10원 미만은 버린다. <개정 2021.6.8>

③ 장례비 최고금액 및 최저금액의 적용기간은 다음 연도 1월 1일부터 12월 31일까지로 한다. <개정 2021.6.8>
