상법 제107조(위탁매매인의 개입권)

① 위탁매매인이 거래소의 시세가 있는 물건 또는 유가증권의 매매를 위탁받은 경우에는 직접 그 매도인이나 매수인이 될 수 있다. 이 경우의 매매대가는 위탁매매인이 매매의 통지를 발송할 때의 거래소의 시세에 따른다.

② 제1항의 경우에 위탁매매인은 위탁자에게 보수를 청구할 수 있다.
