상법 제287조의11(업무집행자와 유한책임회사 간의 거래)

업무집행자는 다른 사원 과반수의 결의가 있는 경우에만 자기 또는 제3자의 계산으로 회사와 거래를 할 수 있다. 이 경우에는 「민법」 제124조를 적용하지 아니한다.
