상법 제513조의2(전환사채의 인수권을 가진 주주의 권리)

①전환사채의 인수권을 가진 주주는 그가 가진 주식의 수에 따라서 전환사채의 배정을 받을 권리가 있다. 그러나 각 전환사채의 금액중 최저액에 미달하는 단수에 대하여는 그러하지 아니하다.

②제418조제3항은 주주가 전환사채의 인수권을 가진 경우에 이를 준용한다. <개정 2011.4.14>
