소비자기본법 제63조(조정위원회의 회의)
Framework Act on Consumers, Article 63 (Meetings of the Mediation Commission)
① 조정위원회의 회의는 다음 각 호에 따라 구분한다.
(1) Meetings of the Mediation Commission shall be divided as follows:
1. 분쟁조정회의: 위원장, 상임위원과 위원장이 회의마다 지명하는 5명 이상 9명 이하의 위원으로 구성하는 회의
1. Dispute mediation meeting: a meeting consisting of the chairperson, the standing members, and not less than five but not more than nine members designated by the chairperson for each meeting;
2. 조정부: 위원장 또는 상임위원과 위원장이 회의마다 지명하는 2명 이상 4명 이하의 위원으로 구성하는 회의
2. Mediation panel: a meeting consisting of the chairperson or a standing member and not less than two but not more than four members designated by the chairperson for each meeting.
② 조정위원회의 회의는 다음 각 호의 구분에 따라 주재한다.
(2) Meetings of the Mediation Commission shall be presided over as follows:
1. 분쟁조정회의: 위원장
1. Dispute mediation meeting: the chairperson;
2. 조정부: 위원장 또는 상임위원
2. Mediation panel: the chairperson or a standing member.
③ 조정위원회의 회의는 위원 과반수 출석과 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다. 이 경우 조정위원회의 회의에는 소비자 및 사업자를 대표하는 위원이 각 1명 이상 균등하게 포함되어야 한다.
(3) A meeting of the Mediation Commission shall make decisions with a majority of the members present and the consent of a majority of those present. In this case, each meeting of the Mediation Commission shall include an equal number, at least one each, of members representing consumers and members representing enterprisers.
